Our Story
Safeguard Protection started in 2011 when our founder saw too many clients get crushed by creditor claims they could've prevented. The gap was obvious — people needed real help, not aggressive sales tactics or vague promises. We built our practice on doing one thing well: helping clients understand their legal options and implement protection strategies that actually stick. Over 13 years we've worked with thousands of families, learned the patterns of creditor behavior, and stayed current with how Slovak law protects (and doesn't protect) people's assets.
